Established P&C Group 1, Inc.

1996 –

P&C Group 1 purchases Lorain County Automotive Systems (LCAS) – a leading head restraint supplier in North America.

1998 –

Established Advanced Automotive Systems which is now called Camaco Lorain.

1999 –

Purchase Magna seating metals plants in Arkansas and Nebraska.

2005 –

Awarded first direct sourced contract from Ford.

2007 –

Established greenfield operation in Vadodara, India called Amvian India.

2008 –

Opened a sales and engineering office in Russelheim, Germany.

2009 –

Established Amvian Brazil in Sao Paolo, Brazil.

2010 –

Established Amvian Gravatai in Gravatai, Brazil.

2012 –

Awarded design and development contract with Audi for Q7.

2013 –

Acquired ZTS Poland in Grojec, Poland facility now renamed Amvian Poland.

2013 –

Opened a sales and engineering office in Ingolstadt Germany.

2013 –

Acquired Faurecia Geiselhoring in Germany, now renamed Amvian Germany.

2014 –

Awarded design and development contract from GM for global SUV.

2014 –

3Q 2014 break ground in Ramos, Mexico for Amvian Mexico.

2017 –

Awarded design and development contract from Ford for Explorer SUV.

2018 –

Established Camaco Portage in Portage, Indiana.

2022 –

Awarded design and development contract from Lucid for global SUV.
