P&C Group 1 purchases Lorain County Automotive Systems (LCAS) – a leading head restraint supplier in North America.
1998 –
Established Advanced Automotive Systems which is now called Camaco Lorain.
1999 –
Purchase Magna seating metals plants in Arkansas and Nebraska.
2005 –
Awarded first direct sourced contract from Ford.
2007 –
Established greenfield operation in Vadodara, India called Amvian India.
2008 –
Opened a sales and engineering office in Russelheim, Germany.
2009 –
Established Amvian Brazil in Sao Paolo, Brazil.
2010 –
Established Amvian Gravatai in Gravatai, Brazil.
2012 –
Awarded design and development contract with Audi for Q7.
2013 –
Acquired ZTS Poland in Grojec, Poland facility now renamed Amvian Poland.

Opened a sales and engineering office in Ingolstadt Germany.

Acquired Faurecia Geiselhoring in Germany, now renamed Amvian Germany.
