Extensive experience with automotive seating coordination comprises every level of concept development and product design utilizing CAD and reverse engineering, CAE/FEA simulation and optimization, and design and manufacturing process simulation. Process capabilities are incorporated at the concept and initial design phases using 3-D solids to identify and optimize engineering design manufacturability.

Advanced development and product engineering teams offer vehicle manufacturers a number of options and a wide variety of black box design, systems integration and product and program management services in order to meet each individual customers’ price, timing and weight targets. Design and engineering support is provided to develop complete seat structure packages including: data management; testing; documentation; welding processes; production line layouts; prototype parts and tooling serial parts.
